Complaints procedure
Dissatisfied or a complaint?
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our services.
In case a situation arises that you are not satisfied with, we would greatly appreciate you communicating with us about it. We regard this as a form of advice on our services. Complaint handling then contributes to improving our quality.
In case we really can't work things out together, you have the right to file an official complaint. Childcare Little People has set up a complaints procedure for this purpose whereby a complaint can be made about the following aspects.
- a conduct by the holder or persons employed by the holder towards a parent or child
- the agreement between the holder and the parent
In case we cannot resolve a complaint together, the next step is to turn to the Dispute Commission. Our childcare institution is affiliated to the Dispute Commission. This foundation will assess the complaint impartially and expertly.

Every year, our childcare centre produces an "annual report on complaints" and we feed this back to the parents' committee and the GGD inspector.
We receive a 'dispute-free' certificate every year. We can proudly say that we have received this certificate every year!
