Which diploma do you bring to our shelter?

Do you have an MBO diploma in, for example, agogical work, institutional work, coordinator sport, exercise and health, educational assistant, supervisor disability care or instructor? Then you can do more with that diploma than you think! With this programme, we challenge you to come and work at Little People Childcare. You can then immediately start working with us in childcare or after-school care.

Your degree will give you a number of exemptions for the additional training we offer you alongside your work. We pay for your full training. What's more: we are very happy to welcome new colleagues coming in from other courses. You bring fresh perspectives and very different experiences with you. We, in turn, can learn a lot from that. Because that's what we think is very important at childcare centre Little People: learning from and with each other. Not just from colleagues, but also from the children who come to us. We listen carefully to what they want and adapt our activities accordingly. At the same time, we want to introduce children to a wide range of activities, such as creative, sporting, active and social activities.
