Discover the child in yourself!

Do you remember what it was like to be a child? And what would you do differently or the same? These are questions we often ask ourselves at Little People childcare. Logical, because we want to be a second home for children. That is why we consciously choose small-scale locations, where children of different ages come together. And by the way: where staff of different ages work as well. We value a safe, familiar environment with sufficient peace and quiet and structure. From that basis, we help parents and children to develop themselves. That sounds fun and it is!

But fair is fair: it is also a big responsibility. Our staff do not shy away from that responsibility. Indeed, Childcare Little People works with self-managing teams that are given a lot of space and freedom. Each employee can train and specialise in a subject close to his or her heart. This allows you, just like the children who come to us, to develop. How does that work? We will be happy to explain it to you during an introductory meeting.
