Hello all,

My name is Natascha and I am from Sint Michielsgestel. I am married and have three children. I have been working in childcare for 19 years and besides my job, I also give swimming lessons to children and adults. From 1 March 2018, I will be joining Little People and I am really looking forward to this.

During my education, I did traineeships at several day-care centres and I immediately knew that this would be my profession. Working with children gives me a lot of pleasure and I find it very important that a child can be itself. For me, every child is unique and I act accordingly.

After my education, I worked at two small-scale nurseries where I gained a lot of work experience. But for me, it was time for a new challenge. In my search for a new job, I soon came across Little People's website. The first thing that appealed to me was the motto "a second home for your child". I liked the small-scale, homely but above all, seeing each child as unique and acting accordingly. If a child can be himself and this is taken into account, the child can develop best. What better way to do that than to make sure the child has a second home! These are also exactly the things I find very important in working with children, which made this the perfect job for me. Fortunately, I got the chance to work here and it felt right for me from the very beginning.

I am really looking forward to giving the children a fun day, we will all have a lot of fun together.
