Is parenting child's play?

Yes and no! At childcare Little People, we work on the development of young children every day. Playing is a very important part of that. Children learn a lot through play. But we at Little People take our work and the children very seriously. We work from the conviction that childcare should be a second home for every child. Our staff provide a cosy and safe environment in which children are challenged to discover their talents and grow up with self-confidence. In addition, we actively support children in their development. To this end, our staff follow various training programmes and courses. Because we sincerely believe that you are never too old to learn!

That is why you can also come to us as a lateral starter. You do not need to be trained or experienced as a pedagogical employee. However, sincere attention for children and the will to develop children and yourself are important. What we do find important is that we can give individual attention to each child. Just as important is that we look individually at what additional training you need to grow into a childcare specialist. Interested?
