Pedagogical policy
Childcare Little People aims to stand out from the competition by offering small-scale childcare and out-of-school care that allows more room for personal and loving attention to each child.
We believe that each child is unique and want to support each child in exploring itself and its environment. We want to do this by offering a trusted and safe environment with plenty of personal and loving attention, in which cooperation between leaders and parents is crucial. We believe that by offering small-scale care, this can be done extremely well.
Leaders, substitute staff, volunteers and interns follow the pedagogical policy of Childcare Little People that contributes to a good and healthy development of the child in a safe and stimulating environment.
Little People constantly works to improve quality and closely follows developments in the market. The pedagogical policy plan is therefore constantly evolving, and new themes and changed insights could lead to adaptation of this plan.
We believe in giving parents the confidence to provide safe and stimulating care.
