We regard this as a form of advice regarding our service provision. Complaints handling thus contributes to the improvement of our quality.\nIn the event that we truly cannot reach a mutual agreement, you have the right to lodge an official complaint. Kinderopvang Little People has drawn up a complaints procedure for this purpose, through which a complaint may be submitted regarding the following aspects.<br \/>\n\u2013 an act or omission by the holder or persons working for the holder towards a parent or child<br \/>\n\u2013 the agreement between the holder and the parent\n<p>In case we cannot resolve a complaint together, the next step is to turn to the Dispute Commission. Our childcare institution is affiliated to the Dispute Commission. (Institute for Information, Mediation, Counselling and Mediation).<\/p>\n<p>Every year, our childcare organisation produces an annual complaints report, which we feed back to the parent committee and the GGD inspector.<\/p>\n<p>We receive a \u2018dispute-free\u2019 certificate every year.
